This page explains how Cabinet Seide & Associés handles information submitted through its website, contact form and virtual assistant.

Last updated: June 6, 2026

1. Site operator

The website is operated for Cabinet Seide & Associés, located at 23, Impasse Hall, Delmas 75, Port-au-Prince, Haiti. For any data or privacy question, you may write to cabinetseide@aol.com.

2. Information that may be collected

Depending on how you use the site, the firm may receive information you choose to submit:

  • name, phone number, email address and message sent through the contact form;
  • content of messages sent to the virtual assistant;
  • general information about your request, such as matter type, dates, documents mentioned, urgency and desired objective;
  • limited technical information needed for site operation and security, including a secure fingerprint of the IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address when available, approximate country/city, time zone, browser language, device type, browser, screen size and referring page.

3. Virtual assistant

The virtual assistant is used to guide visitors, collect initial useful information and prepare consultation requests. Its responses are general information. They do not replace a complete legal consultation and do not automatically create an attorney-client relationship.

Messages sent to the chatbot may be transmitted to a third-party artificial intelligence service to generate a response. Visitors should avoid sending highly sensitive documents in the chat before direct confirmation from the firm.

At the end of a discussion, or when a request appears complete or urgent, the site may generate an internal PDF report containing the conversation summary, information provided by the visitor, assistant recommendations and certain technical details useful for follow-up. This report may be emailed to authorized firm addresses.

When approximate location is available, it is derived from the IP address for security, administrative follow-up and general understanding of the request. This location is approximate and is not precise GPS location.

4. Purposes

  • respond to contact or consultation requests;
  • prepare an initial legal orientation;
  • create an internal follow-up report so the firm can quickly understand the request;
  • improve the quality of reception and follow-up;
  • secure the site and limit abuse, spam or off-topic chatbot use.

5. Retention

Messages and requests are kept only for the reasonable time needed to process the request, follow up the matter, protect the site or comply with applicable professional obligations. When information is no longer useful, it may be deleted or archived according to the firm's internal rules.

6. Sharing information

Information is not sold. It may only be shared with authorized members of the firm or with technical providers required for the operation of the website, form, hosting, security, email delivery, PDF report generation or virtual assistant.

7. Security

The site uses reasonable measures to limit unauthorized access, reduce spam, protect server keys and avoid unnecessary exposure of data. No computer system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your requests

You may contact the firm to request information about your data, request a correction or request deletion of information submitted through the site, subject to applicable professional or legal obligations.

Important note: this policy is an operational basis for the website. It should be reviewed and validated by the firm to ensure it exactly matches applicable legal and professional obligations.
